State Board of Education Chairman Phil Handy to Visit Middle School

ORLANDO — State Board of Education Chairman Phil Handy will visit Carver Middle School in Orlando on Monday. Chairman Handy will join Governor Bush, State Senate Education Chairman Lee Constantine, Representative Dennis Baxley, and Orange County Public Schools Superintendent Ron Blocker in unveiling a new education initiative.
