Technology Literacy Challenge Fund (TLCF)

Since 1997, Florida's federal TLCF grant has provided eligible local education agencies (LEAs) with funding to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom through educational technology. Five primary goals provide focus and direction for this program. They also serve as pillars for state technology planning.

2001-02 TLCF Proposals that were selected for funding through a competitve process are identified below. April 18, 2001 was the submission deadline for 2001-02 applications. Official Project Award Notices were mailed to district superintendents in late July and early August 2001. Proposal evaluation materials (scores & comments) have been mailed to all 2001-2002 applicants.
