State Instructional Materials Adoption 2008-09 Bid Information for Publishers

Draft Sample Contract (PDF, ) recommended reading prior to submitting a bid
Surety Bond Form (PDF, ): required at time of contract
Sworn Statement on Public Entity Crimes (PDF, ): required at time of contract
