Admission Tickets
Your admission ticket contains information the test(s) that you are registered for, test reporting time and test site address. Other important information that you will need to read and understand will be included with your ticket. If you registered to test and have not received an admission ticket by one week before the test date, or if you have lost your admission ticket, call the FTCE/FELE Program office at (413) 256-2893. The examinee must present the admission ticket and two valid and unexpired forms of identification that are printed in English at the time of admittance to the examination center. The first identification must be government-issued, and have a clear photo and your signature, such as a driver’s license, state-issued identification card, United States military ID with signature, or passport.
Internet Registration
After you have successfully completed the Internet registration process, you will be sent either a confirmation e-mail or an admission ticket by e-mail. If your registration can be processed immediately, you will receive only an admission ticket. If your registration cannot be processed immediately, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail, confirming your registration; you will then receive an admission ticket by e-mail as soon as your registration is processed.
Mail Registration
Within two weeks after your registration application is received, you will be sent either an admission ticket or an acknowledgment card confirming your registration. If your registration is processed immediately, you will be mailed an admission ticket. Otherwise, you will first be mailed an acknowledgement card confirming your registration, and your admission ticket will be mailed to you as soon as your registration is processed. However, if your application cannot be processed, it will be returned to you with a letter indicating the reason for the return and corrections that need to be made.
Note: Acknowledgment cards are not mailed for Supplemental Administrations or less than 30 days before a Regular Administration date.
Confirmation of Registration Online
As soon as your registration has been processed, you may verify your registration online, free of charge. Visit the FTCE/FELE Program web site, select "Confirm or Modify Registration," and follow the instructions to access your registration information. If you cannot verify your registration online within three days of registering online or within two weeks after mailing your registration application, contact the FTCE/FELE Program office at (413) 256-2893.
