FTCE Supplemental Testing

The Department offers three additional testing dates per year. Applications and registration bulletins can be obtained by contacting the address and phone number listed below.

Registration bulletins can also be downloaded from the University of South Florida's FTCE/FELE Web site; however, applications can be ordered from the Web site, but must be filled out and mailed to the address listed on the form. Applications for supplemental test dates must be received no later than 15 days prior to the test date. Upcoming dates and deadlines are as follows:

Please Note**
Examinees applying for the 2006-2007 supplemental paper-and-pencil administrations must use the form provided in the current registration bulletin. This form must be mailed in to the address provided in the bulletin.
