Online. FELE registration bulletins can be ordered and downloaded from the FTCE/FELE Program Web site. However, you must use the official scannable application or apply online to take tests. An application and mailing envelope are enclosed in the registration bulletin.
By Mail. Bulletins and applications can be ordered by mail by sending a written request to the address below:
