If you have questions or suggestions about our testing programs, simply type them in the space provided below and click the "Submit" button. If you are requesting FCAT publications, please provide your e-mail address, mailing address, and information regarding the publication and quantity you desire. If there are problems processing your request, we will contact you via e-mail.

If you are requesting information regarding the FCAT, please read the following frequently asked questions and answers about obtaining student FCAT scores:

  1. How do I obtain a printed score report for the FCAT?
    • Contact the guidance counselor of your child’s school.
    • If you have moved or your child has changed schools, contact the guidance counselor of the school he or she attended when tested.
  2. Can the Florida Department of Education provide my student’s FCAT scores from this year or previous years?
    • No. The FDOE cannot give out any individual student information.
